Electronic Acceptance: You acknowledge that your acceptance of these Terms via electronic means — including by checking a registration checkbox, clicking "I Agree", or proceeding with account creation — carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under applicable international standards.
To register and maintain an Account with Dolar188, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: Dolar188 strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement. Where KYC documentation reveals that a Player was under 21 at the time of registration, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds (including winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
Each Player may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Dolar188 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures without this constituting a breach of any obligation to the Player.
All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified in respect of cryptocurrency transactions denominated in BTC or USDT.
6.1 Deposits
The Platform supports deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and select cryptocurrency methods (BTC, USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Dolar188 reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit identified as originating from a third party, less any applicable transaction fees.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your Account, or to a verified method registered in your name following successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods.
Dolar188 targets a withdrawal processing time of under ten (10) minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer subject to network confirmation times. Processing times for high-value withdrawals may be extended pending additional security verification.
Dolar188 does not charge internal withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or blockchain networks may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond the Company's control.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawals can be requested. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a MYR 200 bonus requires total qualifying bets of MYR 2,000. Different games contribute different percentages toward completing wagering requirements — typically 100% for slots and 10–20% for table games. 7.3 Bonus Abuse
Dolar188 employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of game mechanics inconsistent with normal gameplay, and use of multiple accounts to claim promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

Dolar188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance in the Account (including both real-money funds and bonus funds) may be forfeited. Dolar188 will make reasonable efforts to return verified real-money deposits less any amounts set off against losses or costs incurred by the Company as a result of the breach.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion, and eligible balances will be returned to the verified withdrawal method on record.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Dolar188 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, data displays, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by Dolar188 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Company's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dolar188 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects, particularly during periods of high traffic such as major sporting events. Bets already confirmed prior to a technical interruption remain valid.
Nothing in this clause limits Dolar188's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dolar188, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the Platform.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated under its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact Dolar188 customer support via live chat or at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. The Company undertakes to respond to formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.
Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by the Company from time to time. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against Dolar188 to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Malaysian Players: The governing law of these Terms is not Malaysian law. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that disputes will be resolved outside of Malaysian courts under the applicable international framework.
Dolar188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the revised Terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
